Shipping, Returns & Exchange
Where We Ship
We currently ship worldwide! No matter where you live, you deserve to receive happy, fluffy yarns.
It usually takes 2-3 days for us to prepare your order. Upon passing to our courier agent, you can expect to receive your parcel in around 5-7 days for local (Singapore) shipping and 8-20 days for international shipping. However, due to Covid-19 please except some delays for international shipping.
Shipping Cost, Custom Duties & Taxes
Shipping costs are calculated at check out.
At present, we are unable to cover duties and taxes. We suggest checking with your local customs to prevent any unwanted surprises on payable duties. Please note that at we will be unable to provide duty estimates as it depends on the value of your order and shipping destination.
All orders are sent via tracked postage. Once your parcel is ready to be shipped, you will receive an email notification with the tracking number.
Returns & Exchange
Any items that are unused and in its original condition can be returned to us within 14 days in the form of store credit with no expiry date, or exchanged for another product.
At present, we are do not cover shipping costs for returns and exchange. Should you wish to make an exchange, a separate invoice will be sent to you for shipping charges. Upon payment, the exchange will be made.

Once your package has been handed over to the shipping company, Jojo Yarns will not liable for lost packages, custom duties and shipping delays. Kindly keep a close track on the shipping status of your package for any notification from your postal service. If you are facing any issues, drop us an email with your order number and we will get back to you within 1-2 working days.
